May 25, 2018: Additional GDPR Amendment

Many of you will no doubt be aware of new data rules introduced across Europe from the 25th May under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) whereby anyone who holds data has to be transparent to the individual as to why they are holding it and what they are using it for.

The Official International Queen Fan Club will only hold your personal data for as long as you are a member of the Fan Club although we may be legally obliged to hold your data for up to 7 additional years if you should leave the Fan Club. We will only hold your data for the purpose of running the Fan Club and keeping you fully informed of all and any information relevant to the Fan Club.

We will continue to contact you by post and email  as necessary unless you choose to opt out. If you wish to opt out then please let us know, however this could affect your Membership and the associated rights you currently enjoy.
