It's been manic here lately with ticket sales and pre-sales and the convention (which was BRILLIANT! More later..)

If you have applied for fan club membership in the last week or so (and hundreds of you have!) I AM dealing with them all, but it's taking time as I have to sort out all my ticket orders and about 500 emails a day! But I am getting though them all and you will hear from me in time with your membership number!

Meantime, if you have experience ANY difficulty getting tickets through the fan club or QOL pre-sale read on....

"Following the QOL PRE-SALES of last week, we would like to hear from anyone who experienced any problems with the system.

We would like to gather together your feedback so we can improve for any future pre-sales that might take place.

We know that some issues were experienced and would like to know more about them.
