OIQFC Convention
Our 20th Fan Club Convention has been RESCHEDULED.

Due to the strong possibility of the Queen+Paul Rodgers UK tour dates clashing with our annual Convention, we have taken the decison to RESCHEDULE the event, and it will now take place SEPTEMBER 23rd to 26th.

We all felt that it was the most sensible thing to do as obviously we ALL want to see as many Queen shows as possible, and we did NOT want to cancel our 20th! It will still be at Pontins in Prestatyn, it will still have all the usual entertainments, music, live bands, videos etc etc. But we might be able to guarantee better weather!

If you have already booked, you do not need to do ANYTHING, you will automatically be transferred to the new date - IF you want to cancel your booking then you must call Arena Travel directly. You can still use the SAME booking forms you have already got.

I know this will cause major disruption for many of you as I know annual holidays are booked, flights, etc, and we apologise, but we felt we had no other choice.

If you have any queries or questions then do give me a call or an email. A letter is due to go out to all fan club members this week with full information about this change.
