Czech Queen Convention
21th November 2009, Prague – Czech Republic

The program for our Convention will be really busy this year. It´s great honour that our invitation has been accepted by Mr. Barry Mitchell – second Queen bass guitarist, standing on stages beside Freddie, Brian and Roger in 1970 and 1971. His story would be certainly very interesting.

The Hungarian Queen Unplugged Project and increasingly popular native band Queenie, will come play for us. There will also be a not to be missed tombola, Queen Market and SingStar Queen.

This event is above all for all of us, the fans. That´s the reason you´re cordially invite to meet all Queen fans and together paying tribute to the legend called Queen.

PROGRAMME

Foyer 19:00 - 0:00: Freddie Mercury exhibition; exhibition on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of Freddie´s death.

Queen Market: Hall 19:00 - 5:00

19:00 - SingStar Queen. Before the program starts you get a chance to sing Queen songs. SingStar Queen evaluate the best who wins the SingStar for Playstation2.

20:00 - Introduction

20:15 - Lucie Hamalíková: Young Czech singer and fan. She will sing her song for Freddie.

20:30 - Queen Unplugged Project: Hungarian acoustic band.

22:00 - Barry Mitchell: Second bassist for Queen, who stood on stages alongside Freddie, Brian and Roger in 1970 and 1971. His story is certainly very interesting. Your question s please sand to redakce@fcqueen.cz

22:30 - Queenie: Increasingly popular cover band is preparing special performance consisting primarily of the less popular songs.

0:00 - Queen raffle: The raffle will be over 40 prizes, for example, signed photo of Brian May, a silver album A Day At The Races, DVD Greatest Flix - limited edition, T-shirts, posters, etc.

0:15 - Queen video party: party until morning
