The final payment date for the September UK convention is 13th July and NOT February as stated in your confirmation letters from Arena! They send their apologies for the error in your letters!
I have had a lot of calls/emails about the fact that we will be sharing our weekend in Prestatyn with "mere mortals" and it's not exclusively Queen fans. Let me put your minds at rest - we are sharing it with a reasonably small group of NETBALL PLAYERS, mostly female, who will be playing netball all day and will be using the smaller "Lunars Bar" in the evenings. They wont be allowed in our ballroom, we wont be allowed in their bar, but apart from that we have access to everything else! You know, I feel rather sorry for the "laydeez"!!
It means that our whole weekend will be focused around the main ballroom, which is no bad thing. The Market Place will still take place, but we will have more space for it!
You can still send in your bookings using the form that was with your last magazine, and any updates will be in our "Convention" section on this website!
